Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth, utilizing KPI and audience data analysis to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Sales and Partnership Development: Create proposals to drive sales and establish strategic partnerships, along with marketing-driven campaigns and event promotion strategies aligned with sales objectives.
  • Content Creation and Social Media Management: Produce high-quality content to support marketing initiatives, develop social media content calendars, and strategize for organic engagement and influencer collaborations.
  • Campaign Design and Execution: Spearhead innovative marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engage target demographics, leading to measurable increases in customer engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Multichannel Management: Optimize the use of diverse advertising channels including digital and traditional media, ensuring superior market penetration and return on investment.
  • Quarterly Strategy Adaptation: Regularly refine marketing strategies to stay ahead of market trends and meet quarterly business objectives, ensuring agility and strategic foresight in campaign management.
  • Leadership and Development: Mentor and develop a team of marketing professionals, enhancing their skills and contribution to the team’s success through focused coaching and career development.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Utilize analytics to assess campaign success and adapt strategies to maximize effectiveness and efficiency across all platforms, including LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing / advertising or consistent experience field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in marketing and advertising within an enterprise setting.
  • Marketing Campaign that’s aligned with sales development.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and team development.
  • Expertise in various marketing platforms and social media channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a deep desire to excel within your career.
